Pumpkins in their natural habitat

Here is a rare shot of pumpkins in their natural habitat. The pumpkins spend most of the day lying around sleeping in the open. Here we see a male on the right and his harem of two females on the left. At night these nocturnal creatures wander the forests, burrowing in the dirt for worms and other tasty morsels. They will occasionally eat carrion if they happen to find some. Although wary around humans, their tendency to eat roadkill is how they are most commonly seen by humans away from their pumpkin patch.
